David Shlansky, President, is a lawyer by training and has been involved in the finance, planning and development of multifamily, single-family and commercial realty for almost twenty years.
Permitting Staff
The Burchfield staff has extensive knowledge of federal, State and local permitting requirements and processes, for a wide range of projects from renovating historic buildings to developing raw land. Our permitting specialist, with a Masters from Columbia University, has worked on projects for Burchfield as well as large scale projects in the Vermont and the New York area.
Field Staff
Burchfield’s field staff is hard-working and dedicated with highly skilled and educated leaders. Our team is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment from top of line work vehicles and maintenance supplies to an excavator and other construction equipment.
